Q: What are the business hours?
A: Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm, Closed Saturday and Sunday
Q: What shipping services do you use?
A: USPS is currently the shipping service. No rush shipping is available.
Q: What are your shipping times?
A: Once an order is placed it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. These times are subject to change but you will be notified in advance.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No.
Q: Is pick up available for local orders?
A: No.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of the items, returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me immediately.
Q: Will I receive a free consultation with my purchase?
A: No. Instructions on how to care for your jewelry come with your shipment. You are welcome to reach out with a question, however for detailed questions about crystals you will need to book a consultation.
Q: Are the materials you use ethically sourced?
A: As far as I know yes. I am currently in the process of changing suppliers that explicitly state where and how they source.
Q. What materials do you use to create jewelry?
A: Crystals, stones, beads, glass, wood, resin, copper and stainless steel. In the near future there will be sterling silver and gold options.
Q. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
A. Hypoallergenic is defined as, “being less likely to cause an allergic reaction.” I do not use nickel. I do use copper.
Q: Do you make jewelry for children?
A: Yes. Not recommended for children under 13 years old due to small parts.
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Yes. I announce via email and the website when custom orders are open or closed.
Q: Is all the jewelry handmade?
A: Yes. I personally make all jewelry that is sold on my website.
Q: What are crystals?
A: Crystals are naturally occurring materials that all have unique properties.
Q: Are the crystal properties accurate?
A: Crystals and gemstones have properties that are exclusive to them but many also share the same properties. All properties cannot be listed due to time and space. There is also a chance that you may experience a property not listed while wearing a certain stone. Learn all you can and do your own research. The main intention and purpose of Divine & Aligned Jewelry is to be a conduit to healing. You are responsible for your own healing. Be proactive, I support you.
